A Short Sale can take an unbelievable amount of time. This Short Sale started back in April and we literally pulled it off of the court house steps. We got an offer in just days before the sale but didn't actually find out til the day after the sale if it had been pulled. The days before were spent making phone calls and making more phone calls.
