Should I decorate for the Holidays? <!-- .entry-meta --> Should I decorate? One of the most asked questions when I meet with a potential home seller during holiday season. I’m not one to tell someone they should not decorate and get festive for the Holiday Season, however the key to staging the home must include being uncluttered. The Housing Market in Viera, Fl is changing for the better! The Inventory levels are at the lowest levels in years. During the past 3 Months- A good majority of homes are getting taken in UNDER 30 Days (Over 40%). Surprisingly over 22% are getting picked in UNDER 10 DAYS!! We usually identify the market as a "Buyers" Market or a "Sellers" Market, but is it possible to have Both? Yes, and in some areas we are witnessing just that! In Brevard County, Florida, housing was hit very hard, getting clipped over 60% from the peak of 2005. the low inventory levels have hit levels we have not witnessed in several years.
