I keep saying to all my sellers/buyers that inventory of homes for sale has vastly decreased in the Miami, Fl area. I tend to get the same reaction everytime I say it... They all seem to think that I must be wrong. But as an Active agent in Miami, FL... I know my market. This is why I just had to post the following article released today.
