They were a young family relocating into the Grand Rapids, MI metro area and wanted a home with room for their three children and for the out of town relatives they knew would be visiting. Their criteria included an open floor plan, main floor office, 4 bedrooms, spacious master suite and large living areas. With three small children they knew they wanted a main floor laundry for convenience. They also wanted privacy and room for the kids to play outside without fear of traffic.
