I just did a quick search last night, and I found more than 10 short sales or pre foreclosure listings in the Saint Pete beach, Treasure Island and Madeira beach area that are direct beach front. A lot of people think that the waterfront homes and condos here in Saint Petersburg are not affected by this market situation, well, wrong.
