Our housing starts are beginning to take off finally in O'Fallon. O'Fallon has issued 19 building permits in March 2010, compared to only 2 in January and 3 in O'Fallon. Shiloh issued 5 permits in January, 6 in Feburary and 10 taken out in March. Other cities around including Belleville, and Maryville have not seen many new permits issued as of yet. Certinly, construction begins to pick up in the springtime, but it does show a sign of life.
