Tomorrow is Title Order Tuesday here at Franklin Title Agency - I know you're excited about it but, we may be just a bit more... I highly suggest ordering title on any listing or 'pocket listing' that you have the second that they agree to sell through you. I have seen too many times Realtors order title later in the process, whether it be in waiting for a buyer or simply forgetting. This does nothing but hold up the closing in the process and that doesn't work for anyone involved. We always want to make you look like an All-Star. You … (0 comments)
