This week in Daytona Beach real estate I have two properties that are under contract. Yes.... Things are finally picking up! It's definitely a buyers market both properties are pending for more than 20% off asking price. Seller's are just getting tired of waiting for buyers so they are willing to take a big price cut to just get away from making unnecessary payments on two homes as well as maintenance. Interest rates are down and the latest articles predict the Canadians are coming down to purchase properties due to the inflation of the Canadian dollar.
