During the 'down time' during which there are an abundance of foreclosures and short sales in my area, I have chosen to immerse myself in projects to build my business, my internet presence, and perpetuate my plans for life in an Airstream, rather than surround myself in what, to me, are negative aspects of real estate. Do not mistake my path as one I am taking because I am not in immediate need of deposits into my bank account.
