I am posting an article from the Associated Press because it really hits home on the current Real Estate Market and should open the eyes of many professionals that are working hard in these unique times. As a Realtor who's main business comes from bank owned listings I am often in a moral struggle. I hear about foreclosure rates increasing, huge amounts of shadow inventory and a supply that will last us 5+ years...part of me cringes with the horrific news and alarming stats, however, (I almost hate to admit it), part of me thinks....job security.
