This is an older post I put up 3 years ago but I think it's still a good tip..I haven't done a neighborhood VIP open house is a while. Time to take my own advice :) After responding to a blog request for different ways to promote listings I thought I might go ahead and post my response as a blog. I really like to do a V.I.P Neighbors Only Open House. All Star Pet Rescue will be hosting their 2nd annual Wine Tasting on Friday, April 29th at the Salt Creek Grille from 7 pm until 11 pm. There will be a raffle & a lot of food. As a Realtor, My phone is practically sergically sewn to my body. Pretty sad actually butin a world that has no patience for anything less then instant, it's either be avialble or risk losing clients. While looking for a new car my must have was Bluetooth connection and navigation. These two items are worth their weight in gold. I personally have lost my tolerance for people holding their cell phones, talking and texting and I'm glad to see that Branchburg may be a safer place to drive very soon.

I have to admit I was a bit shocked to learn of the feed lot located in Southern NJ where so many horses that have much more to give are sent to auction and most purchased by kill buyers to round up and ship to Canada or Mexico for slaughter. The meat of these horses is then shipped to Europe where horse meat from the US is considered a delicacy. I am posting an article from the Associated Press because it really hits home on the current Real Estate Market and should open the eyes of many professionals that are working hard in these unique times. As a Realtor who's main business comes from bank owned listings I am often in a moral struggle.
