The dust has settled, the food has been eaten, all of the table and chairs have been hauled away and the real estate stagers from all across Indiana have made their way back home. Several weeks ago there was a flurry of activity here on SIF about the King of Real Estate. Price is King! No, Presentation is King! No, Price and presentation don't matter if it's in poor condition, Condition is King! It occurred to me that when you look at the whole picture, everyone is right!
