I am writing this post about something that drives me crazy. I don't understand when I see a Realtor who is selling their own home whether it is a personal or investment home and they offer out for cobroke on the mls for 1% or even less. How can you justify this when you are in the business and have to explain to your buyers and sellers the value of a using a Realtor but when it comes to your home you are basically going to cut a buyers agent out.
