We are putting a seminar together for the First Time Home Buyers! We will be answering questions that the First Time Home Buyers may have, including the questions about the Tax Credit up to $8,000. We will be hosting this seminar/meeting in Greenwood, Indiana area, if you are interested in attending please let us know. We would be happy to let you know when and where it will be held. The last week we have been really busy. The nice weather is helping us. The buyers are wanting to do something ecspecially since most of them were "stuck" in their home due to the weather. Our Open Houses, we have held them before and this time both locations rec'd more buyers. We have shown homes to 4 different buyers this week and we are only 1/2 way through the week. A few buyers that we are working with are out of town and will be back this weekend.
The buyers are out there and homes are being shown, give us a call to get your home sold or to find you one.
