I have read several posts over the last couple of days and members have been referring to "twitter" quite a bit. But I don't quite understand why. I decided to go to www.twitter.com and see if I could figure out what the fuss was about but was not entirely impressed and was wondering what I was missing or not seeing. How is twitter better and/or different then other sites such as facebook? Does it receive more "Google juice" than myspace? I would love to know more. I wish I could blame my ignorance on being a newbie, as I have done before, but (20 comments)

The first time I heard the term CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) I had no idea what it meant and why it was important. As a home buyer or seller, whether it is your first purchase or second or third, you should ask your agent to have a CMA on your home or the one you want to buy. What is a CMA? It is a comparative market analysis. In other words, it is an "opinion" of the value of a property. Basically, your agent generates information about the properties in your neighborhood and compares them to your home. What will a CMA (3 comments)
