As we are approaching early to mid spring, the farmers are starting to get their crops into the field. As every Nebraskan knows, when the corn starts popping up in rows, the rise in humidity is sure to follow. I read a few studies a couple years ago that show corn plants increases the humidity in the air by releasing water vapor through the process called transpiration.
