Sunriver has always been one of the higher priced areas of Central Oregon Real Estate. With the slower market - Sunriver has once again become affordable to buyers. After reviewing homes for sale in Sunriver, it became obvious it was time to get the word out. Buyers that I had worked with 2 or 3 years ago that did not buy were priced out of the market.
