I just wanted to share the mess I've had with one of my short sales. The lender is Wells Fargo. No wonder banks are in such bad shape, if the unorganization and incompetence and lack of caring I've experienced is industry wide.
The homeowner had been trying to do a loan modification for months with no luck. She had given up and was getting ready to move out of the home when I talked with her.
