It's that time of the month again! Ticor Title of Nevada just released new information regarding home transactions in Washoe County! Check out the July 2012 Washoe County Market Statistics for Resale, Refinance, and New Home transactions. These numbers date back to July 2009. An interesting thing to note is that while New Home sales and Resales have remained steady throughout May, June and July, Refinances/Equities have jumped from 813 in May to 928 in Kuly, an 14.1 percent increase. While Notices of Default nearly doubled from 83 in June to 164 in July, the Notices of Sales (NOS) decreased again in July and may continue to decrease even more in months ahead. Trustee Deeds decreased as well to follow suit with the Notices of Sale and Notices of Default trends from months prior.
