No this is not as odd as it sounds. What am I talking about, seeing Freds? It is based upon a great book, The Fred Factor. A Fred could be female or male, it is someone that cares about the experience of others. On our Thanksgiving trip, we saw several Freds. We saw Freds at Delta and we really experienced Freds at National Rent a Car. They went above and beyond and made renting a car so much more.
