Many folks hear the sensational real estate national news and think how fortunate they are that they do not have to sell their home right now. Others have no choice. They have to sell and sooner would be better than later.
Locally speaking….. Fortunately, here in the Upstate, our real estate market is much healthier than other parts of the country. Most homes here are still appreciating in value. The number of days on market is more than last year and there are a lot of houses on the market. … (1 comments)

It's great to see how folks in this area are really opening up to staging. With so many vacants and the market being so compeititive, staging can make the difference in selling now or a lot later for less. I am working with several top agents here in Greenville and the results have been great. Staged homes sell. I have expanded my business and now have more inventory to stage vacants. I am also working on a new website, so my old one is down right now. Hope tohave the new one up soon.
