In May of last year, I posted here on my blog about the grand opening of the St. Regis Ft. Lauderdale Resort and Spa. I can't believe it's almost been a year already! Anyway, I thought you might be interested in an update.
Since that time, 5 units have sold in the St. Regis Ft. Lauderdale Resort and Spa, with final sales prices between $2,100,000 and $3,950,000.
There are currently 10 units listed for Sale, priced between $1,995,000 and $8,999,000.

The company of friends is great and sharing Dinner with friends at a good Restaurant is always enjoyable.
Last night, I was in N. Miami Beach with 2 Girlfriends and decided to have Dinner at Soyka Restaurant (also known as Soyka Cafe or Soyka Bar). My Girlfriends had been before and wanted to introduce me to Soyka. I wasn't disappointed. I love the ambiance of warm, low lighting at Dinner and Soyka offers just that, along with Live Music and a wonderful menu. I haven't been blogging for a couple of weeks because I've been busy with a bunch of things...my Broker closed our Offices on December 13th due to illness (which means I had to find a new Broker, transfer my Listings, get new Signs made and posted, bla, bla, bla) and I was busy with friends and family visiting for the Holidays, Chamber of Commerce meetings, Big Brothers Big Sisters Events, and life goes on :) If you celebrated on December 25th, I hope you had a great day with family and friends. Sunday night, I went to the Blue Martini Lounge (Ft. Lauderdale) with several Girlfriends. Blue Martini is one of many fun spots in Ft. Lauderdale Nightlife. Although I'd been there before, I hadn't been there at a time when there was Live Music playing. I was in for a real treat. Ruffhouse Band rocked the house with energetic Reggae, Oldies, and new hits. Blue Martini Fort Lauderdale is best known for their 25+ varieties of Martinis (duh!), but they also feature a great variety of other drinks, a delicious Food menu, and a Live Band most nights. Did you know that Pompano Beach will be celebrating its' 100th birthday next year? Pompano Beach was founded in 1908 and to celebrate the occasion, the Pompano Beach Centennial Committee (of which I'm a Member) has scheduled dozens of ongoing Community Events to raise awareness of next year's Grand Celebration and to commemorate the City's history. This weekend, we've scheduled the The Pompano Beach Centennial Carnival, sponsored by the Pompano Beach Rotary Club. As a South Florida Resident, I haven't spent much time as a Guest in our local Hotels, but we have plenty of great ones to choose from.
Sunday night, Hubby and I went to the Wyndham Palm-Aire Resort in Pompano Beach to visit a Friend who was in town from New York. Although I've driven by the Hotel many times, my visit Sunday was the first time that I'd been inside.
