sales: Short Sales

I am an agent. I have listings that are short sales and I currently have buyer contracts out on short sales. My bueyrs are wanting to walk away because it is taking so long to get an answer. I am going back out to the house and remind them how much they like the house. Does anyone have other ideas or a process that is working for them to get an offer back faster?
