Thanks to the internet, you can learn almost anything, however, there’s a huge difference between knowing how something works and knowing how to do it well. Looking for proof? Check Youtube for haircut fail videos--you’ll quickly see the difference between knowing how to do something versus having the expertise to do it well. Now while this might seem like a silly analogy, buying a home is a much bigger commitment and investment than getting your bangs trimmed, the consequences are similar.
