midwest: Why isn’t my “Charming” house selling?

There you are sitting in your comfy chair in your favorite robe and fuzzy slippers, reading the real estate section of the paper. The door bell rings and it's prince charming (you get to name him), what do you do? Do you answer the door and let him see you with no makeup and in your beat-up robe. Do you ignore the knock (and him) and hope he will remember the address and return when you are at your best! I doubt it - even if the glass slipper only fits you and no one else, he may never come … (4 comments)
