We would like to present our ‘Westside Attached Stat Package‘, for the week of April 13th - April 20th. New listing numbers increased this past week, moving from 66 new attached listings to 86 on the Westside. Sales figures remained quite stable as we continue to experience a resurgence in buyer activity, and are hoping to see a continued rise in sales volume over the next four weeks as price depreciation, and favorable financing options start to take hold.
This past week there were 171 new active attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 86 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) new listings in your area for that period.

The Westisde neighbourhoods accounted for 86 : 171 or 50% of overall Vancouver West attached new listings from April 13th - April 20th.
This past week there were 116 sold attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 51 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) sales in your area for that period.
