Andrea Eggleston is leading the way in healthy eating choices. She is an example for all as she is only a sophomore at Millard North High School. After becoming a vegetarian last year, she noticed that she felt much healthier and had more energy. At the same time she observed fellow classmates making unhealthy food choices. As a result, Andrea started the Hello Human Health Club. The club has about 30 member and meets the fourth Monday of the month.
Andrea's efforts led her to create a video which covers the physical, mental, and social aspects of health. The success of her video won Andrea the Nebraska Education Technology Association Open Class digital Media Contest.
