Terrie, good luck with your short sale, love the view. Keep in mind that bank forecloses you as listing agent may not be aware of those activities. Happened a few time on me when AS BUYERS AGENT, went submit an offer tax roll showed bank foreclosed months earlier listing agent NEVER KNEW !
