Davie short sales

All but one of my short sales went into back up status over the last few weeks. Many with multipe offers.   I am hopeful that this is a sign of the market picking up some.  I've also taken a few listings over the last week with very, very realistic sellers. I think both the buyers and the sellers are realizing that "this is it" prices are down and most likely will stay that way for quite a while.  If you want to buy or sell, now is the time.  My short sales are even getting processed a little more quickly, thanks to educated agents knowing how to put offers and packages together.
