If your home is not selling, then here's why.
- It's the price. If you want more for it than any buyer is willing to pay, then it will never sell.
- It's the condition. You home is in poor condition or at least in poor condition for the price you are asking. You can either improve the condition of the home to make it worth the price you want or you can lower the price to reflect its condition.
- Not enough exposure. If no one knows your home is for sale, then obviously no one is going to buy it. Even homes in Omaha that are in good condition and are priced right will not sell if no one knows about them.
Whatever is causing your home not to sell can be classified into one of these three reasons. What's that? Your home is built on a nuclear waste site; that's condition. You bought the home just three months ago and can't sell it for what you paid; simple, that's price. You hired your best friend who does real estate part -time; you're not getting enough exposure.
