Looks like you're using Postlets - it's a great (free) syndication tool and as an added bonus their HTML code can easily be pasted into Craigslist (or ActiveRain as you did here) to create a nice looking graphical ad!

Thank you for the comment, Erica. Yes, it started as a Postlet ad (the free version). I do like the look of them for posting here and Craigslist, but the free version has limited color combinations, etc. So, basically what I did here is to create a template, remove all the "postlets" content except the table itself, and upload photos to AR servers. This way I could also add my own links to home searches, search by town, search by address, as well as links to specific pages on my site. Much more flexible than just the Postlet permits. I tend to think my next "carnation" of the template will have fewer photos (or maybe just smaller photos so as not to make the ad so BIG. It's a work in progress!
