Well it's July 6th , 2009 and already we are over half finished with the year 2009. Can you believe it?
The market seems to have hit as low as it could and buyers are definating being "beware". So are Lenders. Appriasers are having a difficult time with the banks and new rules to follow. Everything seems to having finally corrected itself. It's almost like you can feel it in the air. The negativity seems to have subsided, yet people are cautious with spending.
I think the rest of the year will continue to tip toe past and next Spring will boom!
Should be interesting to see what happens!
