Hi, i just recently got disharged from my bankruptcy. We loss everything and now need a home to live in. We can afford a mortgage but can not get one we hear for 1-2 years. Is there anything we can do? We really need a home for our children and having no luck with rentals. Thanks

Jeni, A Lease Option might be a solution for you.  Usually real estate investors are able and willing to make this kind of an arrangement.  If you need a referral, let me know.
