Business Development and activerain.

Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker

Hello all you charming Activerainers,

I put out a blog recently to acquire help from my fellow activerain peers and now Mentors.

I received some of the greatest advice. Missy Caulk of Ann Arbor, Michigan emailed me her prelisting package. Thank you Missy.

Folks, this is great material,  excellent material. What strikes me the most is how giving and absolutely helpful the activerain community is. There is no jealousy, but rather a commitment for all of us the be the best, and to be helped by the best.

Beats the daylights out of seminars, and it makes me feel proud of the compassion others show.

This will only increase business, not to say what it does to motivation!

I received excellent ideas from a wonderful man about the need for CD verse paper. The CD being geared for the Community.

I have a long way to go, and I have learned my lesson about delegating everything.

Hands on, with the best advice, and it is geared for a Real Estate professional network.

Now if only I can figure out the listing sheets, and more.

Thank you to everyone for all your help.

Tom Braatz

Tom, I agree.  I love it here.  People are giving, and it spurs others to give.  That is how we all win.

Great picture. Some memories come and go, but is it not amazing how our canine buddies never leave our memories, and have became what we are about.

I think that area of Ontario is beautiful.

I think it is great that you cherish the picture of your friend.

My dog Lars would want me to say hello to you as well.

That picture is very touching.

Thanks

Tom

Jo-Anne,

Thanks again. I am a 49 year guy with dog hair on my suits and I do not think I would have it any other way.

I think my customers and clients look more forward to seeing Lars than me.

I think that is great.

Thanks again

hey once more.....just popped in for a sec before I hit the hay and read your comments about my pic and dog hair. Thanks for the compliment...she was a wonderful friend and it broke my heart to give her up when I went off to university ( residence wouldn't take pets)....I cried for weeks (even now I get a lump in my throat).

And speaking of dog hair....today I went to do paperwork and info gathering on 5 pieces of vacant land that a client who I just sold a cottage to (it came with 100 acres in 8 different parcels so they are selling off 5 of the parcels )is selling  and their dear old golden retriever, Happy, covered me in golden hairs (and I had black pants on )...oh well, as I told my clients, I don't mind at all !   (and I really didn't , afterall dogs are part of the family too ...they always sneak into the photo shoots I do at houses )

It's great that you take Lars along to appointments . Unusual name too , I like it .

thx for adding me as an associate and good night !

Hi Tommy !

Lots of them are photos I take myself and others are public domain images from the net. I enjoy finding images that appeal to me and that I know I will be able to use in one of my articles sometime so I download a lot of images and take a lot of pictures ! It spices up what you are writing about when readers have a picture that kinda relates to the story....at least I think it does !

Hope your day is going wonderfully and productively ...
