Well, well, well. I finally have a chance to breathe! I am loving being busy but now that I have a second to sit down and breathe, the first place I go is ActiveRain! Where else can you get such great information about what's happening now in our profession, see some silly pictures and read some uplifting words. Love this place and I always miss it when I don't make time for it.
What is everyone up to? Busy with buyers, sellers, foreclosures, short sales? I'm interested to know what is going on around the country. Here in Myrtle Beach business is moving steadily although over the past week showings on our properties have slowed down and I haven't shown as much property.
I wrote a post on Short Sales which is strange for me since I don't deal with too many short sales. I have taken classes and talked to people about short sales, but haven't had to work with them extensively. So the following article isn't a know-all, it is a "this is what I would do, please give me some pointers on what you would do differently" because short sales are going to be around for awhile and I want how to make them work for my buyers (and sellers).
So I hope you are all having a wonderful week! The weather is perfect here. I'm on floor duty right now, then going to make a key and have company coming in for the weekend. Life at the beach means people come visit which I love!
