North Myrtle Beach Coastal Carolinas

Condos were overbuilt here along the Carolina coasts too. Prices have fallen greatly on CONDOS. Home prices have faired much better. As North Carolina built many fewer condos than SC, condos just a few miles away have not had the same impact but did not get away unscathed.
