Wells Fargo now allows you to see your ratings and how they rate you.  I found 3 mistakes on my rating.  I sent them an email about the mistakes, asking them to correct them.  You should check your ratings and correct any mistakes.  The higher you are rated, the more likely you are to get more listings.

Are you saying that Wells Fargo is rating all real estate agents or just those who work with them or what?   Do you have the website page, so we can see what you're talking about?  Thanks!

The new scorecard was way off for us.  We sent a letter about the data used as our portal tracks all the activities and we can show them the data.  Yesterday a letter came out saying it was being revised as so many questions were raised.  There were some incorrect data no doubt about it.  I think it is a good idea that is late coming.  I have always known the data is there, as we are very careful about meeting or exceeding all deadlines given us. I heard from another agent that does BofA they also have a scorecard too.
