Wordless Wednesday - Eerie Full Moon, Looks Like It's Time For Halloween!

The other night we had an awesome sky with a full moon.  I got out the digital camera and started taking pictures and realized how hard it is to get a good shot of the moon in the dark night.  The clouds and sky were eerie and made a perfect combination with the light of the moon.  Looks like a Halloween sky in October!  Here are a few of the shots, Enjoy!

Kathleen: I took several photos of the harvest moon this past weekend as well.  I love a full moon ... love it ... love it ... love it ... there is something so captivating about a full moon.  Thanks for sharing your photos!

Those are wonderful pictures. We had clouds that night, too. The moon will be almost full again by Halloween.

Kathleen, Fantastic photos. I read that you took about 60 photos to get the ones you wanted. That is the same method that I use. It really is worth taking a lot of photos. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks Gary!  I was just saying the other night how much I LOVE digital cameras.  You don't have to waste your film anymore, you can take as many as you need or would like!
