The first news is that Delaware is rated number 4 in the Colonial Athletic Conference in Pre-season Womens college basketball. After a few games they will probably be number one with the addition of DelleDon, the former number one high school recruit in the nation. Great news for Delaware.
For my team which I graduated from, Old Dominion, this means more competion which I hope they are able to deal with.
On the Real Estate front, the States home sales increased in September. Kent Counties new home construction was up 57.1 % to 143 units. Average days on the market increased by 7% in Kent and New Castle Counties. Kent Counties average price fro a home was $200,887.
For the nation, there were fewer permits in September, falling 1.2 %.
