Are you creating Twitter Accounts for individual property listings? How about setting them to automatically follow every tweeter in your geographic region?

I want to know more, but am late for an appointment. Definitely want to check this out this afternoon.
Put yourself in the position of the consumer here. Do you want to be spammed with every new listing on the market, even if you aren't looking to move, under the guise of starting a "conversation"? This is precisely why I do not auto-follow. This is blatant push marketing - not what Web 2.0 is all about.
Joe,
I understand your point. But with Twitter, the option to reciprocate on the follow or not is quick and easy. I'd argue that in terms of pushiness, the TweetLS approach is no different than running a newspaper ad.
Sure, you're pushing the property address in front of some eyeballs for a second, but those eyeballs are free to go somewhere else.
But, if the viewer takes the opportunity to click through to the twitter page, then investigates the property further by clicking on the profile url to see more pics within the agent page or a single property website, what harm has been done?
I've always thought my fiduciary relationship with my seller clients begs that I at least explore options like this further....
I'm confident we're talking more about exposure than spam...
Good post, I think it's a great idea. I am doing the same thing for the builder I represent. IT is time consuming but I think it's worth it. The pictures are being seen.

It is amazing how all of the market exposure options are multipling daily ! I can't picture how agents who are not at least exploring such change will be functioning post 2010(if not sooner).
GOOD MORNING RYAN! Something I will have to check out later today! BTW - I actually know someone that lives in York, PA! I don't see that city pop up too often! -- Gabrielle
