My New Website is Fully Live Now - Wildwood Real Estate Agent

By
Real Estate Agent with Rick Spackman REMAX of Wildwoods

Im pretty excited since it is now starting to get moving. Just wondering if anyone else used or still use the Remax template site. These(Remax template sites) use old technology and need to be update this is holding a lot of them back from SEO since they don't even use XHTML and their code is really unorganized. Im sure a lot of real estate agents now have their own personal site too.

Anyway my site is up and it has all my listings on there from the Cape May County area especially Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, Cape May, and some Cumberland County properties, lots, and land. Most of my listings are new constructions. I also have another blog on the site to which uses Blogger and properties using Google Maps

To visit my site goto http://www.wildwoodrealestateagent.com

Hope to see you at the Jersey Shore soon.

Very Nice job. I have always had a semi custom site untill the very newest one that launched last week. My legacy site is www.WilliamSellsSanDiego.com  My new Branded Blog site is www.TheRealEstateTextBook.com( very different ) Wishing you well and Congratulations on the new site. It is fun to launch one. I did a champagne Celebration for my last one. Getting very good traffic to the new one. The legacy site ( as yours is now), needs branding. It needs an identity besides me. What 's in it for the consumer? It doesn't answer that question, so I dis a new one. All the best. The next step a branded leagacy site, Setting it as a goal.

I starting to get some good traffic now from different refferals. I just wanted the site to be as simple as easy to use as possible for the visitors, cause before developing i noticed a lot of sites have hundreds of links on their site to help their seo, but i feel they lose more customers that way by loading time and navigation confusion.

Rick,

I was checking out your site.   I like the look and feel......not too busy.  I think a prospective home buyer would feel comfortable with your efforts.    The blogging links are a good feature.

You have done a good job on AR in a short period of time.  I had taken some time off through little league season, but will try to put more time into AR now.
