Another great month for Carmel Indiana real estate! I don’t know if this is the tax credit or what, but a 55% increase in the number of homes sold after a 70% increase last month is phenomenal. Is this the beginning of a new upward trend? Unfortunately, we won’t know for sure until we are passed it but it very well could be. Carmel homes will be among the first to bounce back.
