I wrote a blog this week entitled "Start Preparing for 2010 - Seek Opportunity not Opposition." It was a bit of a ra ra type post, but my objective was to create a pull to change the way we are viewing the market. Instead of looking at all the negative aspects of the market, lets seek some new frontiers and opportunities.
Don Sabinske suggested that I create a group to refocus and reinvent for success in 2010. So I took his advice and put something together.
The group description is as follows.
This group is for real estate professionals dedicated to seeking opportunity in 2010. Our main focus will be to create a pull from within the Active Rain community to generate forward thinking and innovation to tackle the demands and changes in 2010. We will have a positive outlook and a goal of seeking new opportunities due to market changes. The idea behind this group is to put our heads together to create a pool of ideas that will help us increase productivity for the coming year. We all know that there will be more changes, challenges, and technology to contend with. Together we can create a solid road map to success for the 2010 real estate year. The road map will operate as a template for a more focused personal plan. Share your personal goals, your plan to meet them, and expected to be held accountable. Throw out ideas to be discussed by the group. Stay Focused and Lets have a fantastic 2010.
I do need a talented board member to put together a logo that's fresh and unique for 2010. Lets start getting some members in this group and get the ideas flowing. I'm really looking forward to a fresh start and hitting some new goals in 2010
