Dave, this is such a cool shot of this neat building. Where in Germany is it located? It has been years since I have been there, so it sounds like it wouldn't have been there when I was, but I am curious what city/location!

Picture was taken in Berlin, but I was pretty disoriented in that city so I can't really give you a landmark. I was with german friends that were leading me around so I didn't have to learn where anything was.
