Active:

May 2007 had 84 Greenfield homes added to the market with an average listing price of $157,478.  In May 2006, 79 homes were added to the Greenfield real estate market with an average listing price of $142, 266.  The average asking price for a Greenfield home newly added to the market was up 10.69% or $15,212 over 2006.

Pending:

May 2007 had 42 Greenfield homes go pending with an average asking price of $131,409.   The same month in 2006 had 42 go pending with an average asking price of $149,127.  The average home on the Greenfield real estate market that went pending in May 2007 was down 11.88% or $17,718 over 2006.

Sold: *

The Greenfield real estate market saw 37 homes close in May 2007 with an average selling price of $130,683.  The average home took 115 days to sell and received 95% of the asking price.  May 2006 saw 38 Greenfield homes go pending with an average selling price of $134,703.  The average home in 2006 took 93 days to sell and received 97% of the asking price.  Overall, the average home that sold on the Greenfield Indiana real estate market was down 2.98% or $4,020 over 2006.

Summary:
