Prospect Pines

Prospect Pines is a small subdivision in northwest Bend of nice homes, but on higher density lots.  It is basically Fresca Street, south of Hudson.  There have been many good deals in this neighborhood from bank owned sales which have also distressed the entire area.  The neighborhood is close to parks, river trails, and has easy access to the parkway from OB Riley Rd and Empire Blvd.
