When I contacted Anthony Lamacchia at McGeough Lamacchia Realty, I thought it was a long shot. With real estate prices plunging, I was upside down on my mortgage, but desperately needed to sell my condo. Though once my primary residence, my life circumstances had changed and I was no longer living at the condo, but unable, per the by-laws, to rent it. I truly believed that my only option was foreclosure.

I spoke with Anthony on the phone and he collected the information he needed to determine if and how he could help. I was asked to come into his office to meet him only after he felt he could offer me some options. We sat and he simply provided the information I needed to make my decision.
Finding a buyer is only the first part of this process. This was accomplished in 60 days and only 5 showings. My home was priced right and advertised well. The scary part comes when you actually ask the bank to take much less money than you owe. Angela walked me through the information gathering and negotiations in such a way that only a very experienced professional can, this takes the fear away. She managed me and the process. The follow- up and turn around with this team is top notch. I was never left wondering what was happening. They made it happen.
They have led me out from underneath a balance I never could have paid and they did it before I was behind in my payments. I am happy to say that my condo sold within a matter of days. The process from purchase and sales agreement to the closing was a smooth process.
