At times I wonder how we can conduct our Business sucessfully; among all the of Government restrictions.
As a successful Realtor I have seen the Market go up and down.
I have run accross many Lenders who seem to be at a standstill as to what they'll be told next.
The Lenders need to free up assets and go back to the business of lending.
First the banks are told to Lend, then they are told to hold back loans. Of course there must be
stricter guidelines, so there will not be a repeat of Foreclosing properties.
Lender's need a clear understanding of what is being asked of them today.
Our Government is not in the Lending Business and therefore cannot come up with the
right answers to the problem. Perhaps our top Lenders should come together and come up
with a plan that works.
In the meantime, getting an Escrow closed these days takes longer, and longer.
