  Now buyers don't have to hope the seller will make repairs. Buyers can purchase and then repair deficiency issues after closing using the FHA 203K or other renovation loan products.
No bank owned property that is being sold "as-is" will make any repairs needed when required by an FHA appraiser. FHA 203K will allow the buyer to make all repairs and make additional updates that they choose.
