My wife and I decided to travel to the wonderfully beautiful city of Victoria, British Columbia Canada. Our first day , today (Feb. 14,2009) went by so fast, with visions of beautiful land an sea scapes for us to enjoy. I took out my trusty Panasonic Lumix FZ7 and captured some visions to remember. over yhe next few days I willpublish a few here statring with this one I am entitling Sailing. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did taking it.

I know the weather has been iffy...but it has been a great week. Congrats to Canada!
Marcia, actually Victoria is one of Canada's most temperate climates, while we were there we only saw 1 hour of rain, our first day was wonderfully sunny. Day 2 was overcast but we still were able to have lots of great sore line walks, and Day 3 was a repeat of Day one. If you are thinking of the perfect retirement spot Victoria BC has to be it.
